We are currently recruiting for an Finance Assistant, to join a successful and well-established business based in Bromsgrove. If you have previous experience in accounts, finance, and processing bank reconciliations, this is a fantastic opportunity to be considered. This a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary from £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience based in Bromsgrove.
Duties will include:
• General financial administration duties
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintenance of accurate day-to-day financial records
• Importing invoices on to Sage
• Matching invoices to correct account
• Raising and resolving invoice queries
• Statement reconciliation/dealing with differences
• Answering incoming calls regarding finance queries
Skills and Experience needed:
• Finance or accounts experience is essential
• Sage experience is beneficial
• High level of numerical skill
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communication skills, particularly written
• Flexible/ able to adapt to client needs
