Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced and friendly team based in Bromsgrove. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and is looking to join a forward-thinking, growing company.
What you’ll be doing:- Providing daily support to a portfolio of existing customers
- Handling enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Inputting and processing orders using Sage
- Managing returns and credit requests through the system
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:- A confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Someone who thrives under pressure and stays calm in a busy environment
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fast and accurate working style while delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a bonus, but not essential
