Head of Internal Sales
Salary: £38-42,000 DOE
Location: Masham
Experience: Drinks Industry: 3 years (required), Customer service: 3 years (required), Contact Centre: 1 year (preferred)

The Role
We are in search of a passionate individual to join as the Head of Sales. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales initiatives, lead a talented sales team and drive revenue growth. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the internal sales team, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and propel business growth
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify lucrative opportunities for expansion and devise effective strategies to capitalise on them
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like marketing and product development to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and leverage them to enhance sales performance
 Our Ideal Candidate
At this point in your career, you will understand the Drinks industry and have been working towards targets. You will be required to travel between Masham and the Midlands so a driving license will be a must, further to this we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for motivating and inspiring teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical prowess with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Thrive under pressure and excel at meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
