Telesales Cold Caller
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience + commission

The Role
We’re looking for confident and motivated Telesales Cold Callers to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys talking to people, isn’t afraid of rejection, and is motivated by earning commission and performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities

• Making high-volume outbound calls
• Engaging prospects and delivering clear, confident sales pitches
• Handling objections effectively and professionally
• Booking appointments and generating qualified leads
• Accurately updating CRM systems
• Meeting daily and weekly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Confident and clear phone manner
• Resilient and target-driven attitude
• Previous telesales or cold-calling experience (preferred but not essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated
