PURPOSE OF JOB:
To be the face of the Company and promote its products and initiatives.
To proactively source new customers throughout the UK and Europe and successfully gain and maintain the business.
"Undertake the whole sales process.
"Source new customers.
"Maintain new customer business.
"Travel extensively throughout UK and Europe to visit potential and new customers.
"Work closely with the Technical Department on new product development.
"Work closely with the Production Department on lead times and new product development.
"Work closely with the Customer Service Department and assist as and when required.
"Resolve customer queries effectively and in a timely manner.
"Attend Trade Shows in the UK and Europe to promote Company products.
"To undertake any other ad hoc duties as and when required to fulfil the role.
"Excellent language skills in English and French
"Competency in MS Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
"Excellent customer service skills.
"Able to demonstrate problem solving /negotiating skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
"Excellent organisational and communication skills both verbally and written in order to exchange information clearly and accurately with customers and other departments.
"Ability to understand product specifications, tolerances, production and processes.
