Hybrid once fully trained
£13.13 per hour
08:30-16:30, Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join the Plant Protection team. In this role, you will provide important administrative support while working with both on-site teams and customers.
Duties will include:
- Keeping records, files, and documentation related to plant protection organised
- Working with other departments to check and ensure the accuracy of documents
- Giving safety information to clients, ensuring they understand all protocols
- Answering calls from customers, responding to inquiries, and providing support
- Helping the Plant Protection team with everyday administrative tasks
- Updating on-site teams to ensure all health and safety measures are followed correctly
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
