South Wales
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction.
- Keeping clients updated on progress and managing expectations effectively.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional service.
- Ideally 2-3 years' conveyancing experience.
- Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and professional approach to your work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.
