My client based in Walsall is currently recruiting for a Finance assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Duties for a finance assistant include
- Answering incoming calls
- Collating information through spreadsheets
- Data Entry into a variety of software systems
- Assisting with the accounts and credit control
- Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
- Inputting customer and supplier invoices
The Ideal candidate
- High attention to detail
- Competent in the use of Ms Office, Excel & Word
- Previous knowledge of metric weights – desirable but not a must
