Shift Pattern: AM Shift (e.g. 06:00 – 14:00 / 08:00 – 16:00)


About the Role:
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy depot in Lutterworth. This is an AM shift role, ideal for early risers looking for consistent daytime hours. You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading vehicles using manual handling techniques
• Sorting and organising goods within the warehouse
• Checking deliveries for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good level of physical fitness (heavy lifting involved)
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Ability to work well within a team
• Good attention to detail
