About the Role
We are currently recruiting hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy depot in Lutterworth.This is a physically demanding, hands-on warehouse role involving the loading and unloading of goods. The position requires regular heavy lifting, manual handling and working at a fast pace throughout your shift.You will play an important part in ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently and accurately, helping the team meet daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vehicles, including regular heavy lifting.
- Manually handling, moving and sorting goods within the warehouse.
- Ensuring deliveries are checked accurately and any discrepancies reported.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets.
- Following all health and safety and manual handling procedures.
- Previous warehouse or loading and unloading experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and good attention to detail.
