We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking candidate to join their team as a part time operative. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s process. You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks and duties to support the overall efficiency and productivity of their operations.
Responsibilities
- Diary Management
- Arranging hotel and accommodation bookings.
- Raising PO’S for haulage.
- Respond to incoming emails and queries.
- Telephone duties.
- General Administration.
Skills
- Ability to use MS office suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional mannerisms on the phone.
- General admin experience.
