Admin Clerk - Immediate start available

I am currently looking an Admin Clerk with finance experience to step in to a new role in a busy team reporting directly to the Assistant finance manager.

This is a temporary on going role based in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield.

Hours : Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17.00 ( can be flexible on times)

Salary : Depends on experience

Role Description

1. Predominantly payment of Subcontract invoices (we subcontract c50-100 loads a day so high volume)

2. Sorting of queries

3. Statement reconciliations

4. Working closely with the Subcon Operatives to ensure resolution on invoices

5. Measured against number of outstanding invoices at any one time

6. Other Finance duties could include; Raising of Purchase Orders, Raising Invoices/Credit Notes, Raising Revenue Claims, supporting the Assistant Finance Manager/cover in absence

You must be/have

1. Finance Team experience

2. Organised

3. Conscientious

4. Attention to detail

5. Have reconciliation/payment of invoice experience (ideally subcontract)

6. Past finance experience

7. Confident on the telephone
