Are you an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to manage high-volume staffing contracts in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a proactive On-Site Recruitment Contract Manager to oversee recruitment operations at our busy distribution centre in Atherstone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary on-site contact for recruitment, workforce management, and client liaison.
- Liaison into the warehouse operations managers, ensuring daily fulfilment quotas are met
- Managing temporary labour planning, ensuring the right number of staff are in place to meet operational demands.
- Building strong relationships with warehouse management teams to understand workforce requirements.
- Leading candidate attraction, on-boarding, and retention strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with all employment and agency worker regulations.
- Producing reports on staffing levels, performance, and costs for both client and agency stakeholders.
- Coaching and developing a small on-site recruitment team, working against strict KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in on-site recruitment management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A people-first approach with the confidence to manage teams and influence at all levels.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new CRMs, recruitment trackers, and shift allocation software
- Flexibility to adapt to operational demands in a 24/7 environment.
