BMS Commissioning Engineer
📍 Location: North Acton, London (Single Data Centre Site)
💰 Rate: £35.00 - £45.00 per hour (DOE)
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Overtime and occasional weekend work available)
Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Management Systems specialist for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to work on a major data centre project based in North Acton.
This is a site-based role on a single, high-profile project, offering long-term work and the opportunity to join an experienced commissioning team. This project is running to Mid next year.
You'll be responsible for commissioning Building Management Systems, carrying out testing, fault finding and software configuration, while working closely with project teams to ensure systems are delivered safely and in line with project specifications.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer.
- Proven experience in commissioning commercial BMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Johnson Controls Metasys or similar platforms.
- Experience working with HVAC systems and live control systems.
- ECS/CSCS Card.
- SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- £35.00 - £45.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Single-site project in North Acton – no travelling between sites.
- Long-term contract on a prestigious data centre project.
- Immediate start available.
