Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to address enquiries.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations
- Processing of sales orders
- Follow up with clients
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and strong IT skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with clear and professional communication abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 3pm
Pay is £12.82 per hour
