Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)


Northamptonshire Area
£16.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am (30-minute unpaid break)

 

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing distribution and fulfilment operation on a permanent night shift.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Preparing, packing and labelling customer orders to strict e-commerce fulfilment standards.
  
  
• Assembling product kits and boxed sets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  
• Organising stock and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.
  
  
• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including manual handling (lifting up to 10kg).
  
  

 

What We're Looking For:

 

• Previous warehouse, packing, fulfilment or assembly experience preferred.
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately at pace.
  
  
• Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Comfortable with manual handling duties.
  
  
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location and night shift hours, as public transport options are limited.
