Our client, a worldwide leader in multichannel customer experience management, based in state of the art offices in Gateshead is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join them in a permanent role.
The role will initially be home-based before transferring back to the office when possible. Therefore candidates should have a good internet connection at home. All equipment, ie PC/Monitor etc. will be provided. Initial training will also be office based for approx. 1-2 weeks.
The role involves working on behalf of a leading consumer product company, dealing with inbound calls and enquiries from their customers. You will be responsible for responding to questions, regarding the client's products within the range of queries, complaints, advise seeking, and general customer service duties. You should be prepared to handle these contacts is a sensitive manner ensuring the customer is fully satisfied at all times.
We would be very keen to speak to individuals who are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English, are IT literate, and possess excellent communication skills. Proven customer service experience would be advantageous for this role.
Hours will be full time, Monday to Friday 7.45am to 4.15pm. Starting salary of up to £18k and excellent opportunities to develop and progress within the role and company.
