Our client is Northern Powergrid, based in Sunderland. Their vision is to be the best energy company in serving their customers whilst delivering sustainable energy solutions. They are looking for a Billing assistant to support the finance Department on a temporary to potential permanent basis. This role is office based however can offer Hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Creation of invoices for all invoice types (but excluding DUoS invoices);
- Data input, manipulation and validation;
- Assist in taking invoice queries;
- Creation of reports to monitor the invoice count and value;
- Customer risk monitoring; and
- Providing great customer service with internal and external customers.
