Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers who have previously reported water leaks
- Check in to confirm whether issues have been resolved
- Provide clear guidance and support to customers on resolving minor leaks where appropriate
- Escalate unresolved issues by raising tickets for engineering teams
- Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed notes of interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service role (contact centre experience desirable)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide customers through solutions
- Good attention to detail and administrative skills
- Comfortable using multiple systems and updating records in real time
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
