An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Admin clerk/Data Inputter to join a prestigious company based in the DE74 area.
Due to location transport is a n advantage.
Duties will include:
- Control of the Purchase Invoice procedures.
- Assist Cash Collection team with Invoice Query resolution.
- Work with Team Leader and General Manager to ensure all Company Policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Working to strict time lines in respect of monthly closure.
- Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Team Leader.
- Data Input
The successful candidate should have the following-
- Disciplined and self-motivated with a hands on approach.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Team Player.
- Accounts Background ideal.
- Computer Literate (Understanding of Excel)
- Knowledge of Freight Industry an advantage.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1715.
