Production Operative
Location: Dudley
Rate of Pay: £12.71ph
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 4.30pm


We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy warehouse and production team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for full-time, Monday to Friday work with regular hours.

Previous warehouse or production experience is useful, but full training can be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing products
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Basic machine operation
• Loading and unloading materials
• Checking products for quality
• Labelling and preparing goods
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Keeping the warehouse and production areas clean and tidy
• Following health & safety procedures
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Supporting the wider team with general duties
  
  

Suitable candidates will be:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and motivated
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Comfortable with repetitive and hands-on work
• Physically fit for a busy role
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Previous experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• Warehouse
• Production
• Picking & Packing
• Manufacturing
• Machine Operating
