Role: Production Operative
Hourly Rate: £12.25ph
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday- 7am to 4pm
Location: Dudley

Pertemps Dudley are recruiting for skilled and experienced production operatives to join our client based in Dudley. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-performing team in a busy manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic Opportunity for switch-on, reliable individuals looking for long-term ongoing work with the opportunity to go Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy.
Labelling products clearly to exact specifications.
Measuring and sealing products to set weights.
Manual handling and physical lifting throughout the shift.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
Strong attention to detail.

Successful Candidates will:

Be physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and standing.
Sharp attention to detail – you’ll be working to precise weights and labels.
A switched-on attitude – you must be alert, efficient, and quality-focused.
Previous experience in production, packing, or warehouse environments.
Strong reliability and punctuality – this role is fast-paced and team-focused.
