We're looking for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join a high-performing team. If you have a passion for precision work, experience with CNC laser machinery, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Monitor cutting operations and ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating and setting up laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
Strong understanding of materials (steel, aluminium, etc.)
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A team player with a strong work ethic
