Our client is insurance-accredited and works with some of the largest insurers in the UK, providing a consistent pipeline of work and long-term stability. Due to continued growth and increased demand, they are now looking for an experienced Body Shop Paint Sprayer to join their professional team.

The Role – Body Shop Paint Sprayer:
• Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and apply paints to match exact colour specifications
• Use spray booths and specialist equipment to apply high-quality finishes
• Ensure all work meets insurance and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work efficiently as part of a skilled repair team

The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience as an Body Shop Paint Sprayer in a busy bodyshop or accident repair centre
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing, prep, and application techniques
• Ability to colour-match and apply finishes with precision
• Familiarity with spray booth procedures and health & safety standards
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A reliable team player with a positive, proactive approach
