Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: Mon – Friday 9 – 5.30
Location: Meriden, West Midlands
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience of working in an inbound help desk environment.
You will understand the importance of working with a sense of urgency and proficiency whilst demonstrating empathy and great customer service.
As a help desk advisor, you will have fantastic customer service skills, a positive attitude and will take pride in helping people. You will be receiving inbound calls from people across the country who are wanting you to resolve their IT/system issues so patience really is a virtue in this role!
It is not essential that you have an IT background however it is an advantage.
• Working in an IT/help desk environment
• Demonstrate customer service (over the phone)
• Working towards KPIs
• Knowledge in IT/systems is ideal
If you do not have previous IT experience, you would need to demonstrate working in an environment previously where you would be dealing with unhappy/impatient customers
