Customer Service Advisor
Monday - Friday
My client is an national organisation with their newly opened Head Office based in the heart of Leicester city centre.
Due to expansion they are now recruiting for a number of customer service roles on a full time permanent basis.
Your day to day duties will involve dealing with customer queries, providing quotations as well as basic complaint handling.
The right candidate should have a minimum of 6 months call centre experience,
' To deliver service excellence within the customer contact journey
' To respond to customer calls and correspondence within agreed service levels
' To accurately log conversation notes during the call
' To manage and action administrative duties in line with the business standards on processes
' To achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team
' To uphold company policies and procedures wherever possible
