The purpose of the role:

To assist with all aspects of the recruitment process and support the HR function with the day to day priorities. Working closely alongside the Head of Recruitment and the HR Manager (People Team). 

You will also be accountable for the following:
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Onboarding/Compliance checks
  • Arrange Staff Start Dates
  • HR Support
  • Staff Inductions
