Location: Syston, Leicestershire
Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Rotating shifts – 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Fronius welding equipment to produce high-quality welds in line with technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets required quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on welding equipment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Proven experience operating a Fronius welding machine (essential).
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
