Location: Manton Wood, S80
Pay: £13.16 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with part-time opportunities available
Hours of work: Between 07:00–18:00

Days: Flexibility between Monday and Sunday. Can work around you. One weekend day required each week.
Contract: Ongoing temporary, with potential for permanent employment

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team based at Manton Wood, Worksop.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who is confident using computers and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve:

• Handling customer queries by phone and email
  
  
• Processing and managing customer orders
  
  
• Providing updates on deliveries and changes
  
  
• Liaising with planning, transport and wider operational teams
  
  
• Managing delivery enquiries and resolving issues
  
  
• Maintaining accurate records and administration
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service experience
  
  
• Good computer literacy and confidence using IT systems
  
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to remain professional when dealing with challenging queries
  
  
• A positive, reliable approach to work
  
  

Full training will be provided on the company's systems and processes.
