Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Business Administrator to work on assignment at our well known Public Sector client based in Livingston.

£12.13 per hour
Starting ASAP - 12 weeks
37 hours per week

  • Organising, preparing and issuing papers, reports etc. for key meetings
  • Organising and managing logistics for online events
  • Collating and processing data and maintaining databases
  • Obtaining quotes for minor purchases and issuing procurement documentation
  • Answering internal and external enquiries via email, telephone and in person
  • Liaising with colleagues and external customers
  • Managing calendar support for senior staff, checking availability and suitability and declining or accepting meetings
  • Raising, tracking and receipting Purchase Orders
  • Checking expense claims ensuring valid receipts, mileage is within parameters etc.
  • Managing mailboxes for senior staff and the directorate. Reviewing content and prioritising emails, general inbox maintenance and filing
  • Recording, typing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Photocopying and collating materials
  • Formatting and quality assuring reports and publications
  • Updating and maintaining electronic files
