Hours: Full-time
Pay: £12.29 per hour

About the Role:You’ll be a key point of contact for students, helping them navigate their university experience with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s answering questions, signposting to services, or offering a friendly listening ear, your support will make a real difference.
You may be helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending restaurants or places to see, or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Welcoming and advising students in person, by phone, or via email
- Providing clear, accurate information on university services, facilities, and processes
- Escalating or referring more complex queries to the right teams
- Supporting events, inductions, and key student experience activities
- Maintaining records and ensuring high standards of service delivery
What We’re Looking For:- Friendly, approachable, and empathetic communicator
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Great organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good time management
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or student support role is a plus
