Job Title: Field Service Technician – Level 1
Location: Bathgate
Salary: £27,718 per annum
Full-Time: Permanent

What You'll Do

Deliver, install, and de-install rental equipment and accessories (hoses, cables, manifolds)
Carry out mechanical repairs and regular maintenance
Conduct inspections and assist with loading/unloading
Be the on-site customer contact for smaller projects and support larger installations
Uphold the highest safety standards and maintain accurate documentation

What We're Looking For

Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience
Mechanical/technical aptitude or prior experience in a similar role
Valid UK driver’s license & forklift license
Safety certification (e.g. VCA**, SCC) preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Willingness to travel and work occasional overnight shifts

Working Conditions

Both indoor and outdoor environments
Includes working at height and in varied weather conditions
PPE provided and required at all times
