Job Title: Resourcing Administrator
Location: Edinburgh (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Resourcing Administrator to join a busy Recruitment team in Edinburgh. This is a fully office-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys supporting recruitment processes and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, managing applications, and scheduling interviews
    • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in internal systems
    • Assist with onboarding 
    • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required
    • General administrative support to the resourcing team
    • Liaise professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Confident written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/recruitment systems
