Our client, who is based within the public sector, has an urgent requirement for an Administrator. This is a temporary requirement and is based in Glasgow City Centre. The pay rate will be £9.40 per hour, and hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Meeting Room Booking Administration and Meeting Room Set-Up - using the room booking system, administer room booking requests and assist in monitoring physical utilisation throughout the site. Arrange/set up catering requirements and ensure refreshments are available for use by staff and visitors
Stationery - maintain stock levels of office consumables ensuring adequate supplies at central/distributed points at all times.
Reception - full reception service including handling telephone/visitor enquiries, meet/greet visitors in a professional manner, booking taxis and directing appropriately.
Mail and Portering Services - provide incoming and outgoing mail service including sorting, distributing, franking and arranging couriers as appropriate. Carry out portering requests in line with customer requirements.
Travel Bookings - administer travel and accommodation as required by liaising with travel agency providers and staff ensuring requests are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
Reprographics - ensure equipment is in good working order and filled with paper each working day. Provide guidance to staff regarding equipment functions and capability. Undertake reprographic requests as requested.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skills
Able to be flexible and reactive to different priorities over a short space of time.
