Based: Forfar
Pay rate: £14.18 per hour
Workign hours: 36.25 hours per week | Mon–Fri (flexitime)
Start date: 5 January until 31 April 2026
We are recruiting an Administrator on behalf of a third-party client to support a busy administrative team based in Forfar.
This temporary role runs from 5 January (negotiable) to 31 April 2026, with potential for extension. The position will be office-based for the first 6–8 weeks, then offers up to 2 days working from home.
Key duties include:
- General administrative support
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Processing emails, reports and court documentation
- Answering calls and liaising with professionals
- Document formatting, scanning and filing
- Supporting reception and other departments as required
- Previous administration experience
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A professional and confidential approach
