We are recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an Administrator to deliver high-quality customer and business support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-point customer service (phone, face-to-face and online)
- Process customer requests in line with policies and legislation
- Manage documents, data entry and filing (electronic and physical)
- Process invoices, payments and financial records
- Support service improvements, reporting and project tasks
- Strong customer service and admin skills
- Confident using IT systems and handling data accurately
- Organised, reliable and able to use initiative
