Job Description

Administrator – Alness (IV17 0UP)

Our third-party client is currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join their team based in Alness, IV17 0UP.

Pay Rate: £14.68 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 4:00pm
Duration: ASAP start for 12 weeks, with possible extension
Based: Alness, IV17 0UP - Fully office based

Main Duties
  • General administrative support
    • Answering calls and handling emails
    • Data entry and maintaining records
    • Filing and document management
    • Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous administration experience preferred
    • Good communication and organisational skills
    • Confident using Microsoft Office packages
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail
