We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR assistant recruiter to join an effective and passionate HR team, based in Barnsley (S71 3LJ). Our client is a very well-established logistics company going through a period of growth, offering an excellent opportunity to work for a fast-paced, prestigious organisation.

Temp ongoing- minimum 3 months work

Monday- Friday

As a HR assistant recruiter, you will be:

· Work with hiring managers to write job descriptions

· Liaise and build relationships with agencies

· Advertise job openings

· Source candidates through online channels (e.g. Professional networks and portfolio sites)

· Screen CVs and applications and update candidates on hiring processes

· Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first round and second round interviews

· Conduct on-boarding for all new employees

· Act as a single point of contact/guidance for the employees and managers

· Act as a member of the HR Management Team and assists in the formation of a coherent HR and people strategy

The successful HR assistant recruiter will have:

· CIPD Qualified preferred but not essential

· Experienced HR & Recruitment Professional

· Solid understanding of full recruitment cycle

· Ability to run projects from origin through execution

· Results orientated and focused

· Change Management experience

· Ability to prioritise, particularly at busy periods

· A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach
