Job Description

Senior Commercial Manager –  Shropshire
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading construction main contractor on a permanent basis. As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all  aspects of a major project or a series of projects turning over normally in excess of £30m per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
  • Start Up of New Projects
  • Procurement
  • Applications for Payment and Invoicing
  • Cost Control
  • Accounting and Reporting
  • Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Subcontract Administration
  • Manage the close out of projects
Skills:
  • Experience in a similar role with a tier one contractor/P22 Healthcare
  • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Professional Institution Membership - preferred working to or achieved MRICS
  • CSCS
  • Relevant driving licence
