I am looking to speak to experienced Buyers based in Devon. A proven background in housebuilding is required.


Working for a regional award-winning contractor who specialise in Housing, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Commercial projects.


This is permanent, site-based role, reporting to the Senior Buyer who is based at their head office. The next 3 sites are housing schemes, future sites might well be different.

To be considered for the role you will need to be a capable and experienced buyer, accustomed to managing material purchasing for masonry packages - brick, block and stone, joinery & sundries.


 
What’s needed:

• A proven background with the new build residential sector
• Buying for multiple sites
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communicator
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Experienced in using 4PS would be beneficial but not essential.

 
Competitive salary which will DOE and range from £50k - £55k + package (to include car allowance)
