I am in search of an experienced site or senior manager with a proven and knowledgeable background in delivering new homes! You will be joining an award-winning regional housebuilding who are proud to be operating as a 5* developer, due to their excellent product and customer feedback. Often being recognised for their quality and hard work with NHBC awards.

 

New scheme in North Devon in the Bideford - Barnstaple areas.
 

I am interested in speaking to driven and motivated site managers, who are accustomed to managing sites ranging from 50 – 100 units, sites largely traditional build with a small amount of timber frame, so experience within this area is required. Award winning managers are encouraged to apply!

 

On top of the salary which as always is DOE there is an option of a car or allowance and excellent benefits.
