Job Description
Project Manager / Cost Manager – Cardiff
Up to £50k (DOE)
Looking for a role where you’re more than just a number?
This Cardiff‑based business is an award-winning engineering consultancy with a genuine family feel, a steadily expanding Project & Cost Management team, and an ever-evolving reputation for punching well above its weight on major local infrastructure schemes.
You’ll deliver a diverse portfolio of infrastructure‑led projects, from early design stages through to completion spanning utilities, aviation, energy and wider public‑sector programmes. Expect variety, responsibility and the chance to shape projects end‑to‑end.
Responsibilities will include contract administration, risk management, procurement advice, pre contract cost planning and post contract cost control.
They’re seeking an ambitious Project or Cost Manager, with a minimum of 2 years post‑graduation experience in relative construction/engineering field (ideally from a consultancy environment). In return, you’ll get tailored support toward your chosen chartership route, genuine progression opportunities, and the freedom of a non‑corporate culture while still competing with global consultancies in the area.
If you want real influence, real development and real variety—this is the move.
Please contact Matthew Lovegrove at RGB Recruitment for more information.
