A fantastic opportunity for an Architect to join the Residential and community team of a well established multidisciplinary consultancy in Bristol.
The team works across a varied portfolio of residential and community focused projects, including new build, refurbishment and existing buildings. This is a great role for an Architect who enjoys being involved throughout the project lifecycle rather than specialising solely in either design or technical delivery. The consultancy has been operating successfully for over 50 years, with an outstanding reputation for staff retention, many employees have built long term careers, supported by structured mentoring and clear progression routes.
They are looking for someone with a couple of years' post-qualification experience who can bring a good balance of design, technical and project delivery experience, working confidently in Revit and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary consultant teams.

The Role:
- Working across projects from concept through to technical delivery and construction
- Developing design proposals and planning information
- Producing coordinated architectural and technical information in Revit
- Preparing and coordinating Building Regulations submissions
- Working closely with clients, consultants and internal disciplines
- Coordinating structural, MEP and other specialist design information
- Attending client, design team and site meetings
- Supporting projects through construction and responding to technical queries
- Taking increasing ownership of projects as your experience develops
- ARB registered Architect with ideally 2+ years PQE
- Strong all-round experience across different RIBA stages
- Good Revit experience preferred
- Confident design and technical ability
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary information
- Residential or community-sector experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
