Reach Truck Driver

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership with a national logistics and distribution company based near Scunthorpe recruiting for a Reach Forklift Truck driver to join their Warehouse team on. We are looking for people to work in their warehouse to assist in daily operations.

Due to the location of the warehouse, you will need your own form of transport to get to and from work. There will also be an induction / capability test prior to starting with the company.
 
What will I be expected to do?

• Operate a reach forklift truck safely and efficiently to transport materials and finished products around the warehouse and yard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers as required.
• Assisting in off forklift duties

 
What skills do I need?

• Valid FLT license and proven experience operating a forklift truck, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

 
What hours will I be working?
We have a few shift options for you, please see below.

• Monday to Friday, afternoon shift, 1400 to 2200. £12.25 per hour.
• 4 on 4 off, 0600 to 1800. £13.00 per hour.
• Monday to Friday, 2200 to 0600. £13.25 per hour
