Production Operative

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are currently recruiting several Production Operatives to work on a full-time basis for our client based in North Hykeham who specialise in making baked goods. What will I be expected to do as a Production Operative?

• Working on a fast-paced production line, handling baked goods
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting issues
• Loading and unloading trays and racks as part of the production process
• Keeping work areas clean and following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What skills do I need?

• Previous experience in a similar production/factory role
• Ability to work at a fast pace whilst being dextrous
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

What hours will I be working?
You will be working Monday to Friday 6:00am until 2:30pm

What will I be paid?
The pay for this position is £12.71ph.
