  • Apply BIM Level 2 methodologies and CAD tools to coordinate MEP systems, detect clashes, and produce 3D modelling deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects in alignment with RIBA stages 0–7.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate or early-career engineer with a degree in Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Passionate about sustainable, low-carbon design and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Strong problem-solver who can translate theory into practical applications.
  • Effective communicator and team player, capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM processes is desirable.

Learning & Development Opportunities

  • Mentorship from Chartered engineers with decades of industry experience.
  • Exposure to a broad range of sectors: Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Residential, Heritage, Life Sciences, Defence, and more.
  • Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—concept to completion.
