Night Supervisor

We are hiring for a nights supervisor in our busy multi-user site in crick! 

The role would be Temp to Perm depending on performance and attendance. 

Shift times: 2100-0600

Full training provided

Overview of job role and responsiblities: 
Collect keys from workshop
Deck check
Check emails (respond throughout shift)
Start handover log (add to it as shift progresses)
Update traffic sheets with Outstanding Customer figures
Manifest morning drivers before they arrive
Add pick/Volumes to Customer sheet
De brief drivers.
• Complete jobs on Sharp
• Sign paperwork
• Mileage sheet
• Cross charge sheet
• Customer KPI's
• Customer cage collection
• Customer dollies/wheels etc returns
• File all store instructions straight to folder with relevant date.

Driver Interaction
• Ask: “Was all OK? Any issues?”
• If issues: email store from relevant account

Driver Dispatch Oversight
• Be on floor during loading
• Remind drivers about pallets, forgotten items
• Take phone for photos (no texting/calling in warehouse)

Post-Departure Tasks
• Final deck check
• Email stores about:
1. Stock left on floor
2. Driver sickness
Customer Handover

Final Wrap-Up
• Finish any outstanding debriefs
• Office handover adding the below
1. Servicing for the week
2. VORs
3. Store issues
4. Ad hoc customer requests
