Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate : £10.70/hour

This is a 6 month temporary role with a possibility of extension. These positions are offering a pay rate of £10.70 per hour. You will be working on a Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6 pm (35 hrs per week). 


  • Resolve routine enquiries via telephone/email/fax/web, effectively prioritising workload
  • To process customer bespoke requests, reports and off-system processes
  • Produce routine system reports and manipulate raw system data to produce Excel formatted customer bespoke reports
  • Operate core and internet systems
  • Meet customer service standards and targets as set; ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained
  • To participate in the overall achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets
  • To comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
  • To promote the fair treatment of customers in decisions and actions undertaken
