Pay Rate: £11.44
Shift: 4on 4off
Hours: 6am -6pm
Contract: Temp - Perm

Are you looking for a new challenge as a Packing Operative? We have an exciting opportunity available with our client in Deeside. As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day packing operations within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include efficiently packing goods according to company standards and safety protocols.

Main Job Role:

To ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Ensure all products meet quality requirements and are within specification.
Report any issues of quality or production specifications direct to the Shift Leader.
Maintain efficient and accurate records of outbound and holding stock levels and any stock movement issues during the shipping process and report any issues direct to the Shift Leader immediately.
To develop a personal knowledge and understanding of the business focus and plans.
To commit to continuous personal improvement in regard to the mechanical packaging equipment and any related adjustments issues required.
Responsible for ensuring the high standards of quality, hygiene and general cleanliness of the facility during your shift pattern and in times of non-production.
Assist the factory management with all other reasonable work-related requests.

Skills & Knowledge needed:

Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role preferred but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders.
Good communication skills.
Physical stamina to lift and move packages as needed.
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
