We’re looking for a Repairs Co-ordinator to join a busy and supportive team in the Leicester area.
As a Repairs Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reporting maintenance issues and breakdowns, making sure everything is logged, coordinated and resolved efficiently.
This Repairs Co-ordinator role is fast-paced and customer-focused, with lots of phone and email contact, arranging repairs and keeping customers updated throughout the process.

- Log and manage repair requests on internal systems
- Coordinate contractors and schedule repair work
- Keep customers updated on progress and timescales
- Maintain accurate records and update job information
- Process invoices and track maintenance spend
- Support health and safety record keeping
- Provide general admin support to the wider team
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer service, admin or coordination
- Confident communication skills, especially on the phone
- Strong organisation and ability to manage a busy workload
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- A proactive, can-do approach
